Shipping policy

Orders must be placed before 11am AEST for same day shipping. Orders processed after 11am will be shipped the following business day. Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

Shipping times may be affected by retail and major holidays (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing day, Christmas). Please allow for a slight delay. Customers who select express shipping will have their orders fulfilled in order of priority.

Domestic (Australia)
Express: 1-3 business days
Standard: 3-6 business days

For orders up to $250 fixed shipping rates apply. Domestic orders $250 and above qualify for free express shipping.

International (New Zealand, Canada, USA, UK)
Priority: 4- 7 business days
Standard: 7 -10 business days 

For orders up to AUD$499 fixed shipping rates apply. International orders above AUD$499 qualify for free standard shipping.

Lost/Missing Parcels

All orders come with a tracking number to track your parcel. Glomorlashes is not responsible for lost parcels or shipping delays incurred by postal services.
