Refund policy
If you wish to return unused products, you may do so within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original shipping box or packaging. If items are not returned in their original packaging and are damaged in transit, a credit will not be issued.
- For returns, send an email to info@glomorlashes.com with the subject 'Returns'. Please include the following: Your order number and reason for the return.
- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items.
- we do not offer refunds or replacements for change of mind. If you would like to cancel/change an order, please contact us at info@thelashlegacy.com.au within 3 hours of your purchase. Any orders that have been processed, packed, and shipped can not be canceled.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Glomorlashes is not responsible for covering shipping costs on returns for unused products.

Damaged Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
All tweezers are thoroughly inspected and hand-tested. Tweezer sales are final and non-refundable.
Any opened products or lash trays are non-refundable.
